Rocket Diner's terms of delivery and purchase

General information

We deliver within Sweden and the EU. We reserve the right to make any errors in the item information and we reserve the right to change prices without prior warning. Completed order means that you agree to names and personal data being registered in our customer register, all in accordance with our rules for distance shopping & GDPR, as well as the use of our website according to our cookie policy.

Price information

Our prices are always exclusive of 25% VAT. All prices are also stated in Swedish Kronor. We only sell within Sweden and the EU as well as some countries internationally (however, customs and VAT may be added outside the EU) We also have free delivery within Sweden.


All our products are currently made-to-order items, so delivery times can be 2-3 months. payment/invoicing unless otherwise stated. After an approved order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Shipping terms

We ship within Sweden and the EU as well as some countries internationally. Free shipping within Sweden. We are not responsible for customs and VAT costs incurred outside the EU, but are happy to assist with questions.

Payment options

Payment within Sweden takes place via Invoice, Klarna partial payment, Card payment or Google Pay.

Invoice and partial payment

A prerequisite for being allowed to shop against invoice is, among other things, that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and are over 18 years of age. You must not have any payment notes.

Right of withdrawal and exchange


For private individuals, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies according to the Distance & Home Sales Act in Sweden. The item must also be undamaged and in unchanged condition together with a small note with name and order number and preferably reason for return. It must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it.

You are responsible for the cost of the postage and the actual return back to us. We recommend that you send it back with tracking so that the package gets back to us safely. Reimbursement of the order takes place after the goods have been returned and checked according to the above conditions. If you have used a gift card, you will receive a credit receipt.

When changing, contact us first so we can help you. You are responsible for the postage to us on the item you want to exchange, but we will send the item you are exchanging for free of charge to you within Sweden. Outside Sweden, there is an additional shipping cost.

Force majeure

Such as liberating circumstance shall be considered, among other things, a. action or omission by an authority, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes decisions by authorities that affect the market and products negatively, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and if the company has been designated for criminal activity that affects the business.
